The Hobart rental market is fierce especially for international students, Shellie is the one who has sense of empathy and kindly help people to settle down and live in the nice and comfy homes. There are some tricky real estate in Hobart with bad agents, but you will never regret to take a property from Shellie Prince!

We almost went with another property mgt group - a reputable group in Hobart - but we felt they were under valuing our property for a quick transaction.
Libby and Leonie, who we dealt with, were factual in their approach, but at the same time, positive and it was obvious that they wanted the best for us. They didn't seem interested in a quick transaction, rather, were more interested in building a long term relationship.
I will definitely recommend Baxton!
